BEERS


We preferentially source local, regeneratively grown, organic, and heirloom varieties of grain and hops for maximum flavour with minimum environmental impact. Our house yeast, Venus, does most of the heavy lifting.

Just simple beer, made well, with the best local ingredients. All our beers have a story.

GREENCUBE


Hazy IPA 6.3%

Juicy apricot and orange sherbert hops, lush mouthfeel and a dry,piquant finish. Gotta go to Bendigo to get me Green Cube!

Riverina Voyager malt. US, NZ, NSW & VIC hops. ‘Venus’ house yeast.

LONG TIME


Natural Pils 4.7%

Bready malt and a bitter backbone of spicy hops with hints of citrus, melon & stonefruit. Crisp. Bitter. Lager.

Riverina Voyager malt. CZ & NZ hops. German lager yeast.

OLD KENT


Modern ESB 5.8%

Malt-driven, with a complex hop and yeast fruitiness and bitter finish. Traditionally cask conditioned, served on hand pump.

PLAINS


Hazy Pale Ale 3.5%

A refreshing balance of golden plum & citrus peel aromas give way to the malts of the Riverina Plains.

RED MENACE


Australian Sparkling Ale 5.8%

Assertively dry with a focus on toasty malt and earthy hops, enveloped by a gentle dried fruit background.

Golden Hop


Golden Ale 4.5%

Rounded bready malt, tangerine and papaya hops, ripe plum yeast and a crisp, refreshing finish.

The Launch Range


We opened with six beers, but we’re just getting started. With 10 taps and two hand pumps, we will continue adding beers regularly until you’ve got 12 to choose from. After 18 months of recipe development (so far), the beers are ready to make. One week at a time, we can’t wait to share them with you. Follow our socials for updates as new beers drop.
